-
Our goal is to return your instrument to optimal playing condition. Every instrument undergoes a comprehensive inspection and adjustment, including pad evaluation for wear, replacement of missing bumpers and regulation materials, leak correction, full key regulation, bent key alignment, key height adjustments, and a final play test.
-
A Clean, Oil, and Adjust (COA) service includes the complete disassembly of your instrument, followed by a thorough cleaning of the body, keys, and pad surfaces (leather pads only). The instrument is then lubricated with high-quality synthetic key oil, carefully reassembled, and precisely adjusted. Every COA also includes all services provided in our Playing Condition package, ensuring your instrument is clean, responsive, and performing at its best.
-
A Re-Pad service begins with the complete disassembly and cleaning of your instrument. Tone holes are leveled and key fitting is performed as needed to ensure proper sealing and mechanical function. All pads, bumpers, corks, felts, and other regulation materials are replaced before the instrument is lubricated with high-quality synthetic key oil, carefully reassembled, and fully regulated. The result is an instrument with improved response, reliable key action, and optimal playing performance.
-
A Mechanical Overhaul is our most comprehensive restoration service. Building on everything included in a Re-Pad, the instrument is completely disassembled, all tone holes are precision leveled, dents are removed to the best of our ability, and the keywork is carefully fitted to eliminate excess play. All pads, corks, felts, bumpers, and other consumable materials are replaced before the instrument is lubricated, reassembled, and fully regulated.
Our goal is to restore your instrument to factory-level performance—or better—by maximizing its mechanical precision, response, and reliability. Keys are professionally polished as part of the overhaul; however, saxophone bodies are not re-lacquered.

Free Estimates
All estimates are completely free! Whether you have a single flute that needs attention or a large batch of school instruments, we'll evaluate the instruments and provide a clear estimate before any work begins.
We never perform repairs without your approval, so you'll always know what to expect before we get started.
Repairs
Once you approve the estimate, we'll get to work. Occasionally, we may uncover something during the repair that wasn't visible during the initial inspection. If that happens, we'll always contact you before proceeding with any additional work.
There are never any surprises—we'll make sure you know about any changes and have the opportunity to approve them before we continue.
Invoicing & Payment
Once your repairs are complete, you'll receive an email or text with your invoice and several convenient payment options. You can pay securely online or in person—whatever works best for you!

We stand behind our work! All repairs come with a 30-day guarantee on our workmanship and any replacement parts installed by us. If a part is found to be defective or a repair-related issue arises during this period, we'll work with you to make it right.
For re-pads and mechanical overhauls, we also include a complimentary follow-up appointment within 60 days of service. This gives your instrument time to settle after the repair and allows us to make any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is working as it should.
